5,000 Christmas Baskets Distributed!

The Christmas Basket distribution is now over and, thanks to the generosity and concerted effort of our donors, our volunteers, our employees and all of our collaborators, thousands of underprivileged Montreal families have received our support over several days: food for the Holidays and brand new toys for children 12 years and younger. In all, 5,000 baskets were distributed.

We wish to thank the teams of volunteers who came give us a hand. Thank you to Bombardier, John F. The wonderful parking agents and our group of Montreal Police retirees also ensured the delivery of 2,000 baskets this year again: our warmest thanks for your essential help, especially to Fernando Obrega, Carl Lisio and Jean-Pierre Bois in the coordination!

Finally, a huge thank you to all our donors and to all the companies who collected food and cash donations for us like : Busbud, Ludia, David’s Tea, MJS Ameritrans Logistics, l’AFAM, la bûche à Marto, Pâtisserie Michaud, Thermolec Ltd, CIM Conseil, Solertia, LCM avocats, Maxim Truck and Trailer and many others. Thank you to our partners CJE Bourassa-Sauvé, Yellow, Épicerie P.A, Accueil Bonneau, Regroupement Partage and its Cultiver l’Espoir program, CTV Spirit of Giving, The Montreal Gazette Christmas Fund, les producteurs de lait du Québec, the Media Food Drive and the City of Montreal without whom none of this would be possible.
