We have assisted approximately 5000 families for the Holidays. Thanks for making this possible!

 The Christmas Basket distribution at Sun Youth ended December 24th 2017 at 4 pm with approximately 5000 families assisted for the Holidays : each received hampers filled with perishable and non perishable food items, hygiene products and a few Holiday surprises. Furthermore some 5000 brand new toys found their way into the hands of children 12 years and under. For most people, the Holidays are a time to take a break from their busy lives. Meanwhile, poverty, hunger and social exclusion never take any time off. During the Holiday period and through the cold winter months, people will still be knocking on the organization’s doors for emergency assistance, that period of the year being especially hard for those in need. Sun Youth thus invites its donors to continue to be generous, with donations received at this time of year allowing the organization to support its beneficiaries not only during the Holidays but also through the first months of the New Year.
